Penang State Government Recognizes INV Project as SPEED Initiative’s First Pilot Project

On 10th May 2024, the Penang State Goverment organized the SPEED opening and recognition ceremony, INV project is the large scale and granted the approval within the shortest period under the SPEED initiative and being recognized as the Pilot project, the participation certificate is presented by Penang State EXCO.
